Delete your HomieHelp account

You can delete your account and its data at any time.

In the app (immediate)

1. Open HomieHelp and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete account at the bottom.
3. Read what will be deleted, tick the box and tap Delete my account.

Without the app

Email support@homiehelp.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your profile and, if you have one, your professional profile
• Your open requests and offers that were not accepted
• Your photos, portfolio and notifications
• Your login

What is kept

• Jobs in progress are cancelled, and the other person is told.
• Finished jobs and their messages stay in the other person's history for up to 24 months after the job finished, in case of a dispute.
• Reviews you wrote stay, shown as "Former user".

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a HomieHelp membership bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
